As a Team Leader, you will assist in managing a service that enables and supports people to lead a better everyday life. You will apply a strength-based approach embedded within our service delivery, focusing on improved outcomes, value for money, and making the best use of available resources. Your Role Will Include Ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements within the regulatory framework Supervising and leading the staff team to deliver high-quality services Organising and supporting the day-to-day operations of the service Driving quality improvement through robust quality control procedures This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively in an integrated, outcome-focused way, supporting older people and individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Key Responsibilities Manage and support staff to ensure high standards of service delivery Implement quality assurance measures to improve and maintain standards Work collaboratively with partners, carers, and families to achieve the best outcomes Embed a strengths-based, person-centred approach in all aspects of the service Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to the Care Act and regulatory requirements This position is available as a secondment opportunity until 31st March 2026. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: In-depth knowledge of the needs of older people and individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours Experience in managing and supervising staff within social care settings Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively Excellent communication and collaborative working skills Ability to apply quality control and continuous improvement processes A QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent qualification) Why Join Us?
