Reporting into the Head of HR, you'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract, engage and hire high-quality talent, while continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Coordinate interviews and offers, providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
* Build proactive talent pipelines and reduce reliance on recruitment agencies through direct sourcing
* Use job boards, social media, networking and referrals to attract candidates
* Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
* Design and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes
* Advise and support hiring managers on best-practice recruitment and selection
* Support employer branding initiatives and positive candidate engagement
Qualifications
* Experience in an in-house recruitment or resourcing role
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment best practice
* Confident working with recruitment data and ATS systems
* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, detail-focused and passionate about candidate experience
* Desirable: Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment, knowledge of visa sponsorship, or a recruitment/resourcing qualification
