We are looking for a capable and experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our client\'s dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients, providers, and third parties.
* Meeting Coordination: Book and prepare client review meetings within appropriate timescales, ensuring all materials are accurate and organised.
* Client Reception: Welcome clients and visitors to our practice in a professional, approachable, and friendly manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
* Financial Administration: Manage financial documentation, administrative processes, and documentation via applicable platforms and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
* Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and update client records in compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and external audit standards.
* Adviser Support: Collaborate with advisers to provide administrative support for client advice and reporting, contributing to outstanding service delivery.
* Continuous Improvement: Embrace opportunities to enhance current processes and participate in team discussions and initiatives for ongoing improvement.

* Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
