Cloud Electronics Ltd. is a small audio electronics, design, engineering and distribution company. We are a specialist niche manufacturer of Commercial Audio Electronics, used around the world by some of the most prestigious brands in Retail, Hospitality, and Fitness & Leisure. The Cloud Electronics brand, is synonymous with premium design, build and sound quality and is the industries brand leader.

We are looking for a new member of the team to work within the Customer Service & Technical Support department. The right candidate will need to demonstrate the right attitude and mindset, with an engaging personality. The Candidate will need to be self-motivated, pro-active, conscientious and punctual. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important to the role.
Most importantly, however, we are looking for the right person - someone who can work in a small-knit team and is adaptable.
The Role:
* You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service.
* Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork.

* Passionate about providing first class customer service and a willingness to learn about Commercial Audio Solutions.
* An interest in Technical Audio Electronics and / or Music Production.
* Ability to work in a busy environment and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Be flexible, punctual and prepared to help out the rest of the organisation in a willing and positive manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service.
* To be the first-line customer interface, communicating courteously with customers by telephone and e-mail.
* Deliver accurate technical product support via phone, email, or webchat.
* Audio system design support and product application assistance.
* Assist customers and integrators with Network & IT support relating to AV Systems.
* Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork.
* To attend any necessary training courses in line with company requirements and personal development.
* Maintain a good standard of organisation, general office duties, paperwork and administration.
* We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a strong technical ability along with the drive to learn and develop their product knowledge.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The role requires fixed working hours, Mon-Fri 08:30 – 17:00 with a 30min lunch break. This is a 40hrs / week, full-time position.
Salary is negotiable, based on candidate skills and experience. Employees will be enrolled in the Company pension scheme after successful completion of a probationary period.
