Use Your Power for Purpose The Senior Manager, International Commercial Communications, will develop and implement internal and external communications strategies aligned with international commercial priorities in coordination with relevant colleagues in the International Commercial Office, Chief Marketing Office, and Global Media Relations. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and support proactive and reactive external and internal communications related to international commercial business and policy priorities, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination in coordination with relevant cross-functional partners. Support alignment of global tools and materials with the needs and priorities of International leaders and in-country teams to drive consistency and efficiency of communications across the business. Provide strategic communications counsel and messaging support for International leadership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency with Pfizer corporate narratives and International policy messaging. Support efforts to leverage AI and other digital platforms for greater simplification. Maintain the highest standards of compliance in all activities. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in international commercial communications and health policy, crisis communications, and issues management. Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred. Experience in developing communications strategies for external and internal stakeholders, including policymakers, KOLs, and media. Successful collaboration with Commercial teams, Policy & Public Affairs, and other cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, handle multiple tasks with frequent tight deadlines, work well in team environments, and be productive when working independently with minimal supervision. NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Approx 20% international travel and some domestic travel required.
