Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services
This role offers an experienced Mechanical Project Manager the chance to join a highly respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in the East Midlands, working across multiple sectors such as commercial, office fit out, education, healthcare, retail and leisure.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage projects assigned, ensuring safe delivery on time and within budget.
* Manage procurement activities for projects.
* Prepare technical submissions and procure approvals of plant and equipment.
* Assist in the production of risk and method statements.
* Financially manage projects, adhering to set budgets.
* Manage the site team, liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life cycle.
Desirable Experience & Key Skills
* Minimum 3 to 5 years as a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or equivalent role.
* Experience delivering Mechanical building services projects ranging from £500,000 to £6,000,000.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits Package
* Base salary: £55,000.
