Senior Pension Administrator - UK Pension Consultancy
A leading UK Pension Consultancy is looking for a Senior Pension Administrator to join their Scheme Administration team.
To apply, candidates should have experience in a similar role and possess strong DB Pension knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately maintain and update member records.
2. Process member events including Retirements, Deaths, Early leavers, Transfers In, Transfers Out, and Illustrative quotations.
3. Serve as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
4. Escalate complex technical queries to the Team Leader and technical support team.
5. Prepare and check manual and computer-generated benefit calculations and related correspondence.
6. Maintain the in-house pension administration database.
7. Peer review and check member and scheme events processed by less experienced Administrators to ensure compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
8. Attend Trustee or client meetings.
9. Participate in internal and external meetings to provide support on scheme events and projects.
10. Stay updated with technical and scheme changes.
