The role: The main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of an inspiring brand marketing plan and wider marketing team activities. Ideally we are looking for FMCG experience. Very fast past environment so need someone who is used to this. Need someone to hit the ground running Will support the team across lots of different areas including; internal comms, manage conversations with brand agencies, support wider marketing remit, very varied. Above the line and below the line activity, will be involved in radio, shopper marketing, social media, internal comms, tv, trade press comms etc. Will also involve analysing campaigns/data etc so need someone creative but analytical Diariase 12 month ahead Lead 1-2 on going key marketing projects Raise and manage Pos Arrange courier Respond to queries marketing from consumer care team on product or communications/social media Ad hoc requests for information/images relating to product portfolio Order/manage brand mechanise Arrange Meeting Trade Show Support required Support Brand planning and product sampling Essential Skills: Highly organised with excellent time / task management Demonstrably numerate Solid administrative skills and able to work on own initiative Ability to work within team environment Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (MS 365 experience is a clear plus) Works well under pressure within a fast-paced changing environment Ability to multitask and be flexible depending on priorities Experienced in dealing with highly confidential information Excellent presentation and documentation skills Excellent communication skills for dealing with colleagues at all levels, customers, and external stakeholders.
