Office Administrator – Sales Administrator, The Casting Haus, Wimbledon office.
Salary: £32,000 + Annual Bonus £1,000. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm.
About the role
Join a dynamic, results-oriented team in a friendly office environment. Key responsibilities include
* Managing daily branch administration and office organization
* Uploading property details and marketing materials online
* Sending valuation reports and issuing Terms of Business
* Ensuring compliance checks for ID and Anti-Money Laundering via Credas
* Preparing property information for the CRM
* Issuing offer letters and memorandums of sale
* Arranging professional photography, floorplans, and EPCs for new listings
* Creating marketing materials such as tout cards and letters
* Booking surveys and sending property comparables
* Organising and tracking property keys
* Assisting with client calls, messages, and greetings in the office
* Keeping the window display updated with current properties
* Using Vebra Alto CRM (training provided)
About You
* Previous experience in property administration or a similar office-based role
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident, professional, and friendly manner
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable working in a busy team environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
