The Opportunity As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand how our marketing performs and where we can do better. You’ll join us on a salary starting of at least £36,000 per annum. Who You Are We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and communicating insights clearly. You’re curious, detail oriented, and confident working with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful actions. To be shortlisted, you need to offer: At least 2 years’ experience in a professional analytics role Experience supporting marketing teams or analysing marketing performance data Experience using Google Analytics to understand user behaviour and marketing performance Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and present clear insights Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis Experience building reports or dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau Clear communication skills, explaining complex data to non technical audiences What You’ll Be Doing Identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance using data insights Analysing channel effectiveness and conversion performance to guide strategy Delivering ad hoc analysis across campaigns and initiatives Automating and maintaining reporting to support day to day marketing decisions Collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver data driven recommendations Pay, Benefits and Culture Alongside a starting salary of at least £36,000 per annum, potential for an annual bonus, and a market leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.
