We’re on the hunt for an energetic motivated leader to join our Snackbrands Australia team in the role of Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this exciting permanent role will be based in our state of the art Orchard Hills manufacturing site.

About the role:
The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager is responsible for leading the customer-facing aspects of our supply chain operations, with an expanded focus on warehousing, transportation, and distribution management.
You will be responsible for:
* Lead network modelling, scenario planning, and capacity optimization initiatives to enhance the end-to-end logistics network—ensuring operations are efficient, cost-effective, timely, and customer-focused.
* Foster and sustain strategic partnerships with key customers to gain deep insight into their end-to-end supply chain needs, with a focus on consistently exceeding their expectations
* Drive the digitalization of the supply chain and warehousing through optimization of current WMS and ERP systems, development of reporting dashboards and analytics.
* Collaborate across commercial, operations and planning to align supply capabilities with business goals. Actively contribute and represent supply chain in the IBP process.
* Oversee operations of our state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse to ensure safety, quality, internal and external service levels, productivity, inventory and throughput targets are exceeded.
* Lead and ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility, transportation regulations, customs, and quality compliance standards.
* Manage relationships with freight carriers and customs brokers and on occasions third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to align service levels. Additionally work with them to develop and implement plans that contribute to the decarbonization of our freight network and overall sustainability goals.
* Develop, manage, and control the annual supply chain operational budget, including, transportation, warehousing and customer service expenses.
* Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and service operations without compromising service levels
* Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration
About you:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, transport, logistics or supply chain environment.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage
* stakeholders at all levels.
