Roles/Responsibilities
* Develop and convert new business opportunities in fire doors, firestopping, barriers, and compartmentation.
* Maintain and expand relationships with developers, end users, housing associations, facilities managers, and property managers.
* Sell full-scope passive fire installation and maintenance services to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
* Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Manage a pipeline of opportunities across frameworks and bespoke projects nationwide.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in technical or solution-based sales within the passive fire protection industry.
* Solid understanding of relevant fire safety legislation and products (e.g., fire doors, barriers, intumescent systems).
* Track record of success in managing complex sales cycles in both public and private sectors.
* Pre-existing network within sectors like education, healthcare, and social housing is highly desirable.
* Must possess a full UK driving licence.
* Competitive base salary of £50,000–£60,000.
