Head of Marketing role:
This role is Head of Marketing for 2 of the corporation's key core business brands.
It manages a team of 5 across; Marketing Lead, Manager and Marketing Exec levels. Experience in this team cover; strategy, planning, PPC, paid social, CRM, Salesforce MC, to SEO.
In the wider 45 person marketing team, there are further multi-channel paid media / performance marketing people and creative studio to draw on.
(The creative studio has a top Creative Director, Digital and Graphic Designers, Video / Animation, Copywriters to Social Content Creators).
Key to the role is developing the creative.
Using stakeholder insight and data informed strategy, they are looking for strong creative and creative planning – across multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and onsite physical events.
You'll be at the forefront of the brand's story, crafting creative and executing strategies that boosts brand awareness and engages customers.
As well as developing Creative Campaign Strategy & Planning of integrated brand-led campaigns, they are also looking for knowledge and experience managing, optimising and analysing digital campaigns across CRM/email, paid social, SEO and PPC.
You'll maintain the brand's identity, tone of voice, and messaging ensuring the brand resonates with the B2B target audience, driving engagement across all channels. This includes industry events, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more.
They are also ideally looking for knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The main reason the European Marketing Director this role works with, stayed and worked through to their Lead role, she says is the people.
