Multi-professional NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
Foundation degree in Health and Social Care
Experience in working at the level of a Therapy/Rehabilitation Assistant carrying out therapeutic interventions.
Experience of working in falls/general rehabilitation in acute or community. Experience of training other staff.
Experience as a care/voluntary work.
Ability to move and handle patients and equipment with appropriate training
Able to maintain quality of own work
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to travel to various bases within the Trust - Car Driver and access to a car
