Overview
A great opportunity is available for a Field Sales Engineer with a background in selling Electrical Equipment to Engineering, Utilities, Process or Infrastructure markets to work for a growing company and develop sales in the Midlands area.
Responsibilities
* Manage and expand customer relationships across new and existing customers in a variety of manufacturing and engineering sectors.
* Coordinate sales activities and manage sales quotas.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Support the tendering team and follow up leads provided by service engineers and internal sales teams.
* Attend networking events and trade shows and carry out product demonstrations when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills; proven B2B sales experience within an electrical engineering environment.
* Ability to identify and establish new business opportunities; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong organizational and project management skills.
* Experience selling electrical equipment to the Process/Utilities sector would be advantageous.
* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly to visit clients.
Salary
Salary: c 50-55K + car allowance + commission
