Requirements And Responsibilities:
* Create, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple clients to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
* Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
* Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve website performance
* Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
* Create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and keyword-rich content
* Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software
* Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and make data-driven decisions to improve rankings
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on SEO performance data
* Keep pace with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing management, preferably within a digital agency
* Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
* Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Fluent German speaker with excellent English proficiency
