Bank Care Assistant (Days)
Location
Borovere Care Home, near Alton, England.
Responsibilities
* Support residents while maintaining their independence, privacy, dignity and choice.
* Assist residents who need help to dress, undress, wash, bathe and use the toilet.
* Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
* Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene (e.g., incontinence).
* Promote and adhere to Greensleeves Care workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.
Qualifications
* Understanding of the needs of residents.
* Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* QCF diploma in care level 2 or equivalent (desirable).
* Experience of providing care (desirable).
* Experience of working with elders (desirable).
* Evidence of ISA first and enhanced DBS disclosure.
