We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Back of House Team at The Lanesborough .

Candidate Profile
As a Steward, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage teams by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organization across all back-of-house areas. You will be hands-on, proactive and a strong team player, maintaining clean and well-organised workspaces while supporting service delivery across the hotel.
You will take pride in maintaining impeccable standards, working collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant teams, and ensuring all procedures and health & safety standards are adhered to at all times. There is a strong emphasis on communication, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience in a similar cleaning or stewarding role within a luxury hotel or high-end environment is preferred
Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Immaculate grooming standards and excellent personal hygiene
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
Please note this role involves manual handling and heavy lifting
