About the programme
Clarion Futures is one of 10 housing associations awarded a grant by Learning and Work Institute and Youth Future Foundation to deliver a Jobs Plus pilot programme supporting people into work and training. This programme is based in two hubs in Penge and Borehamwood, providing a range of support services under one roof, including housing, employment, health, skills, digital and financial inclusion. The pilot is funded until March 2026 and aims to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the Jobs Plus model in a UK context.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery and promotion of Jobs Plus, including direct marketing campaigns.
* Schedule and support internal and external stakeholder meetings, attend events, and coordinate activities.
* Create and manage content across social media platforms.
* Monitor and maintain candidate data and collate reports.
* Be the first point of contact for telephone, email and web enquiries with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
* At least a Level 2 qualification in functional skills (English and Mathematics).
* Confident in using IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet.
* Excellent communication, highly organised, reliable, and able to work to contract and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with confidentiality, health and safety and GDPR legislation and guidance.
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and use your initiative; a positive, team-focused attitude.
Additional information
* Travel across the region as required.
