Mobile Multiskilled Engineer
Location: Sussex

This position is essential in ensuring safe, efficient and compliant building operations, and would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and taking pride in delivering excellent service.
About the Role
As a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer, you'll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across a wide range of building services equipment. Your work will help maintain operational continuity for our clients, ensuring systems remain safe, functional and compliant.
You'll be responsible for:
* Completing PPM tasks in line with site schedules and CAFM requirements
* Responding quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults across mechanical and electrical systems
* Ensuring all documentation, reports and compliance records are completed accurately
* Working safely and following all Method Statements and Risk Assessments
* Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard
* Supporting subcontractors while on site
* Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota
* Upholding the professional image of the business at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a reliable, competent engineer who can work independently, within a team, or oversee subcontractors when needed. You'll be someone who communicates well with clients, produces clear and high-quality reports, and confidently represents the business.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Electrical:
* C&G Part A and B, C&G 236 (Pt 1 & 2), C&G 2330 (Level 2 & 3), AM1 & AM2, or C&G 2360
* 18th Edition (C&G 2382-18)
* C&G 2391 or 2394/2395
* Experience in periodic inspection, testing and certification (NICEIC competency)
Mechanical:
* BTEC Level 3 Mechanical Engineering / HVAC
* C&G 6188 (Level 2) or C&G 7188 (Level 3)
* Competent Person (Mechanical/Pressure Systems)
* Plumbing maintenance and fault-finding experience
* EUSR National Water Hygiene Card
