This Stoke-on-Trent-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical, process-driven side of conveyancing and wants to build a long-term career in post-completions rather than using it as a stepping stone.
You’ll join a busy residential property department where post-completion work is taken seriously and treated as a critical part of the client journey. not just an admin function pushed to the sidelines. From day one, you’ll take ownership of registrations and post-completion files, helping keep matters moving smoothly and reducing delays, requisitions and risk.
Over the first 6–12 months, you’ll become a dependable part of the team, someone fee earners trust to manage registrations properly, communicate clearly and stay on top of detail-heavy workloads without drama. Longer term, there’s genuine scope to progress into a more senior or specialist support position, with opportunities to help guide junior team members and contribute to process improvements as the department continues to grow.

Who we’re looking for
4. Minimum 1 year’s post-completion experience within residential conveyancing
5. Hands-on experience with AP1s, requisitions and Land Registry registrations
6. Familiarity with conveyancing portals and case management systems
7. Organised and detail-focused approach to work
8. Ability to manage a high-volume workload calmly and accurately
9. Clear communication skills and team-oriented mindset
10. Confidence supporting or guiding junior admin staff (Desired)
11. Experience using Proclaim (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
12. Managing post-completion files from submission through to closure
13. Handling Land Registry requisitions and responses
14. Updating lender and government portals
15. Managing file closures and ledger reviews
16. Maintaining accurate records on Proclaim and internal systems
17. Liaising with clients, referrers and third parties where needed
18. Supporting junior administrative staff where appropriate
