Skills Required: The Business Development Manager will need the following experience: Proven success in generating new business within Software Sales, SaaS or Technology sectors. A complete understanding of the sales cycle process, covering all stages from prospecting to closing deals. Willingness and ability to travel. Duties of the Business Development Manager: Responsible for creating and managing a sales pipeline. Covering all areas of the sales process including lead generation, qualifying, demonstrating the system and closing. Learning the software to an expert level. Working closely with the technical team to ensure the feedback from the market is included within the product build. Background and Mindset of the Business Development Manager: Candidates should have at least 4 years of sales experience in software sales. Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple complex opportunities. Very driven to succeed with a mindset of continual improvement. Professional and acts with integrity.
