Repatriation Travel Consultant What will I be doing? As a Repatriation Travel Consultant, you'll be managing emergency travel logistics - arranging flights and accommodation for clients needing medical repatriation. You'll handle each case from start to finish, using your travel expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver tailored solutions quickly and effectively. You'll also be contributing to ongoing improvements in how we work, sharing ideas with your team, and helping to streamline processes to better support our clients and colleagues alike. Repatriation Travel Consultant What experience do I need? A minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel industry Experience using a GDS (Galileo or Amadeus preferred) Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Calm under pressure with good time management Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset Good judgment, common sense, and a genuine desire to help A positive attitude and a willingness to learn What else do I need to know? You'll be based in the Hampshire office to begin with, completing full in-office training. Once you've passed probation, there's the option to move into a hybrid working model. This is a full-time role averaging 40 hours per week, worked across a variety of shifts - no night work required. Shift patterns include: Early: 08:00-17:00 Mid: 10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00 Late: 13:00-22:00 You'll be part of a 24/7 operation that runs 365 days a year, so some weekend work is included on a rota basis.
