We are looking for a Service Adminstrator / Scheduling Coordinatorwith good organisation and customer management skills to join a busy Service Team with a medium sized Engineering company. If you love keeping things running smoothly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for logistics, this is your moment!
What You’ll Do:
1. Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
2. Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
3. Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
4. Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
5. Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
6. Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
7. Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
8. Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks

13. Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
