About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Qualified Care Manager to lead our care team at The Willows Care Home.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and coaching staff to ensure that effective nursing and care services are provided, quality standards are continually improved, and clinical outcomes are recorded and measured.
You will work closely with the Home Manager and well-established, hardworking team to provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their lives are continually enriched.
The Willows Care Home is a welcoming 117 bed care and nursing home providing a range of respite care, long-term residential dementia care, nursing care, nursing dementia care, and end-of-life care.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence, ensuring effective nursing and care services are provided.
2. Coordinating and coaching staff to improve quality standards and record clinical outcomes.
3. Work closely with the Home Manager to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) qualified with an active PIN, with extensive clinical knowledge and experience within a nursing/care home setting for older people.
Additionally, we require:
* Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
