Salary: 12.75 per hour / 19,890 per annum
Contract/duration: Permanent

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, you’ll be part of a small team working at the Charterhouse in Coventry within the North Warwickshire portfolio. You’ll also work closely with our dedicated volunteers.
In this hands on, visitor facing role, you'll help support the welcome team with presentation and service standards whilst greeting visitors with a smile and helping to create unforgettable memories. You'll also be promoting the benefits of the National Trust membership and recruiting new members.
Charterhouse sits within a wider free to access Heritage Park, incorporating a play area, open spaces, and walks alongside the River Sherbourne. Significant funding and restoration are planned for the Heritage Park which will eventually form a 2-mile walking and cycling loop from Charterhouse into Coventry city centre and back around.
What you'll be doing
Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion - no two days are the same.
Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
