Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the PM and on-site customer representatives. The role involves coordinating desktop PC replacements, managing laptop handovers, and relocating legacy equipment as per customer instructions.
1. Location: On-site – Newcastle
2. Daily Rate: on PAYE or on UMB
3. Contract Length: 2 Days
4. Start Date: 05-Nov-25 to 06-Nov-2025
Key Responsibilities
5. Act as SPoC for the PM and customer.
6. Replace desktop and PC's following instructions provided by the PM and customer site contact.
7. Collaborate with a Tech 1 where applicable toplete tasks efficiently.
8. Hand over laptops to customer contact — no installation required.
9. The PC's are being delivered either on a trolley (unboxed) or boxed.
10. Relocate legacy desktops, laptops, and packaging to a designated location on-site as directed by the customer.
11. Ensure all activities arepleted within the scheduled work hours.
Key Requirements
12. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
13. Experience in desktop/laptop deployment or IT hardware handling.
14. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or with a team.
15. Physically able to handle equipment and packaging.
16. Flexible and punctual with a professional attitude.
