In a complex, demanding world, Simmons is where exceptional minds come together to create a better future.**Main duties and responsibilities:*** Providing general administrative support to fee-earners including drafting, reviewing and proof-reading legal documents.* Analysing, collating and summarising relevant documents and information.* Researching points of law and other factual issues and preparing reports on the same.* Collating, organising, uploading and managing documents.* Carrying out project management on large and/or complex matters.* Assistance to the team on marketing activities and management of profile raising.**Education / qualifications / experience:*** Law graduate with a first or upper second class degree or equivalent.* Previous paralegal experience or other relevant legal work experience desirable.**Knowledge and technical skills:*** Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.* Previous legal database experience desirable.**General Skills/Attributes:*** Highly organised and methodical approach to the role as well as confidence with IT systems.* Attention to detail and the confidence to work independently.* Willingness to travel as required.* Highly motivated and commercially astute.* Excellent communication skills and a collegiate, team-based attitude.* The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.* Self-motivated, hardworking, reliable and works well under pressure.**Firm introduction:**Simmons & Simmons is a leading international law firm.
