Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 per annum

In this senior leadership role, you will:
* Define and drive technical strategy, setting standards for engineering excellence across multiple teams.
* Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing development teams.

* Influence architectural direction and oversee end-to-end delivery of mission-critical projects.

What makes a strong candidate
* Significant experience leading software development or engineering teams, ideally at Senior Manager or Head of Engineering level.
* Strong technical foundations in C#/.NET, Java, or Python, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in complex environments.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping focus on long-term strategy.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing at executive level.
* Entrepreneurial and proactive, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Degree in Computer Science or related field (postgraduate or professional certifications advantageous).
