About the Role As a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in guiding individuals through their recovery and personal development journey. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting holistic assessments that explore each person’s unique needs and circumstances Providing tailored one-to-one support, helping individuals address underlying challenges Designing and delivering effective care packages focused on preventing first-time or further offending Working collaboratively with a wide range of individuals, partners, and agencies to ensure comprehensive, joined-up support Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional flexibility required.
