Role Overview
We are seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join a professional and client focused financial services business. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their mortgage advisory career who is looking to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience within a regulated advice environment.
You will work supporting clients through the mortgage process while building a strong foundation toward becoming a fully competent Mortgage Adviser.
Key Responsibilities

Support partners in delivering high quality mortgage advice

Assist with client fact finding, affordability assessments, and document collection
*
Research mortgage products and lender criteria to support suitable recommendations
*
Help manage mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
*
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure timely case progression
*
Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with regulatory requirements
*
Provide a high standard of client service and communication throughout the process
*
Develop knowledge of mortgage products, regulation, and the wider financial services market
Skills & Experience
*
Working towards or keen to work towards CeMAP (or equivalent)
*
Previous experience in financial services or a client facing role is advantageous
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*
Professional, client-focused, and eager to learn
*
Comfortable working in a regulated environment
*
Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
