Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful lettings department. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of properties and liaise with landlords and tenants
* Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner
* Always deliver exceptional customer service
* Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
* Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback is provided to the landlord
* Assist tenants through the referencing process
* Answer general enquiries from potential tenants and landlords
* Achieve individual targets
* Full driver’s licence and own car required

* Have an excellent telephone manner

* Have access to a car and hold a full UK driving licence
