What you'll do
* Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations.
* Clarify scope with contractors/merchants and manage updates/variations.
* Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries/value options.
* Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land.
* Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy.
What you'll need
* 2+ years' construction estimating/quoting experience.
* Comfortable reading construction drawings and working in Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and follow-through.
* Confident communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers.
* Able to commute to Swadlincote.
