Offer description

Our client specializes in resin injection grouting, concrete repair, water stopping, ground consolidation, stabilisation, technical consultancy, and injection and spray concrete training and assessment.

They are seeking a positive, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join their sales team. The main purpose of this role is to support the National Sales Manager. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer accounts, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to multitask under pressure.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

1. Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, ensuring adherence to our client’s customer call quality framework.
2. Monitor and review customer accounts, producing reports as needed to inform the sales strategy.
3. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling during customer interactions.
4. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
5. Assist the external sales team by providing necessary information and processing orders efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and confidence in using various IT systems.
7. Strong communication skills, with a professional, polite, and confident telephone manner.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
9. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
10. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative while following instructions.
11. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills.
12. Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role in the construction industry would be an advantage.
