Location: St Philip's, Bristol
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (weekly pay)
Contract Details: Temp to Perm, Full-Time (40 hours/week) with occasional Saturdays paid at overtime
Meaning you'll work as a temp for 12 weeks prior to being taken on permanently by the employer after a successful 12 weeks dependant on performance.

Join our vibrant team as a Contact Centre Advisor! Your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service. Here's what you'll do:
Handle incoming calls for job bookings, quotations, and queries, ensuring service excellence.
Follow up with customers to confirm bookings and arrange appointments.
Manage incoming emails with prompt responses.
Collaborate with Branch Managers on booking changes.
Keep accurate job notes and system records.
