Training and qualifications
Essential criteria
* Doctoral level training in applied psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, neuropsychology, two or more psychological therapies, and lifespan developmental psychology accredited by the BPS.
Desirable criteria
* Pre-qualification training and qualifications in research methodology or other applied psychology fields.
Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience in psychological assessment and treatment across various care settings, including mental health.
* Additional specialist training or experience as a clinical psychologist.
Desirable criteria
* Experience applying clinical psychology in physical and mental health settings, such as maternity or CAMHS.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential criteria
* Skills in complex psychological methods and interventions.
Desirable criteria
* High-level knowledge of at least two specialized psychological therapies.
Other

* Ability to teach and train others using various multimedia materials.
