Join Our Team as a Trusts and Foundations Manager
Location: Remote working with some travel to SeeAbility homes.
Salary: £48,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
SeeAbility is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Manager to join our Innovation and Social Impact team. We have a rich history as a pioneering charity working alongside and for people with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to promote inclusion. Over the last 5 years, trust fundraising has significantly impacted our work, enabling digital skills development, employment opportunities, better eye care, and social justice advocacy.
Your role will be crucial in our strategy to launch new inclusive programs co-produced with people with lived experience and funders, continuing our mission to build inclusive communities where everyone is an equal citizen.

Your role
Lead trust fundraising efforts and diversify income sources in line with SeeAbility's goals.
Your responsibilities
* Develop and implement a trusts strategy to meet annual funding targets.
* Become an expert in trust fundraising, using a data-driven approach and sector insights.
* Build and maintain relationships with trusts, ensuring excellent stewardship and timely reporting.
* Lead on new business proposals to trust and statutory funders.
* Manage and support the Trusts Fundraiser, with potential to expand the team.
* Identify new funders aligned with our strategy and ethics.
* Collaborate across the organization to creatively showcase our work for funding.
* Monitor budgets and KPIs, and develop annual work plans.
* Engage staff in trust fundraising activities to foster a fundraising culture.
* Maintain accurate trust records in our database.
* Work with colleagues to support team collaboration.
