SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary & Secondary
Location: Brighton and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible Days)
Salary: £89.05 - £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 - 15:30)
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting students with SEN in their learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils stay engaged and confident
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
Creating a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
Adapting to different schools and age groups with a positive, proactive mindset
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)
A calm, patient, and supportive approach to learning
Flexibility and confidence to work in a variety of school settings
A genuine passion for helping students succeed
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
