The opportunity:
Valcon UK is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager who has experience working in a consultancy to join our growing Technology Transformation capability group within our Consulting Practice.

Valcon provides consulting support to help clients protect and increase their margins, optimise their operational performance and improve productivity. We work closely with clients to map their vision, define the programme to achieve it and deliver the programme successfully, using a blend of Valcon’s consulting, data and technology expertise.

The Role:
Valcon is hiring a Transformation Programme Manager to join our growing UK team on a permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to work across our most high-profile and complex client programmes, driving the end-to-end delivery of technology-led transformations including ERP, platform upgrades, and digital modernisation initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with a strong consultancy background who thrives in dynamic environments, knows how to bring structure to complexity, and can confidently lead from the front, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver lasting impact.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading major technology transformation programmes across multiple industries, ERP, platform, SaaS and digital transformations.
* Managing end-to-end delivery across workstreams including business change, technology, data and operations.
* Partnering with client stakeholders, from programme sponsors through to delivery teams and external vendors.
* Bringing structure, strategy, and clarity to ambiguous environments, while ensuring delivery remains aligned to business goals.
* Playing a key role in shaping and scaling our internal delivery capability as we continue to grow.
* Coaching and mentoring team members and contributing to internal capability development.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience delivering complex technology transformations, ideally with ERP, platform or SaaS programmes.
* Previous experience working in a technology or transformation consultancy environment is essential.
* Confidence working with C-suite and senior leadership across both business and IT domains.
* Track record of leading end-to-end programmes from design to delivery and post-implementation support.
* Comfortable operating across multiple industries and client environments.
* Deep knowledge of programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Eligibility for SC or BPSS clearance.
