Offer description

We are seeking a professional Receptionist & Personal Assistant to join a global financial services company. This role combines front-line reception duties, such as greeting guests, managing the switchboard, and overseeing the meeting rooms, with administrative support to the Executive Committee and Head of HR. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management. Previous administrative experience of 2 years or more is preferred, along with experience in customer service or reception, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
