This is a phenomenal opportunity to work on high-value, often cross-border transactions for major UK and international clients, within a team recognised for the quality and complexity of its work. The practice handles a wide range of corporate matters — from mid-market M&A through to headline deals valued in the hundreds of millions. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments and reorganisations. Acting for a diverse client base including corporates, investors, founders and international groups. Leading on mid-market transactions and supporting partners on complex, high-value deals. Drafting and negotiating key corporate documents such as SPAs, shareholder agreements and investment documentation. Managing and developing client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across banking, tax, commercial and real estate teams to deliver seamless client service. What we’re looking for Qualified solicitor with around 2–5 years’ PQE in corporate law. Strong experience advising on M&A transactions. Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
