Operations Coordinator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. Our client is looking for an individual who can act as the central point of contract between internal functions.
Responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator:
1. Process sales orders accurately
2. Manage customer invoicing and ensuring alignment with finance processes
3. Compile weekly sales performance reports
4. Produce regular reporting on upcoming deliveries
5. Maintain the quotation database
6. Update the pricing master in collaboration with the commercial director
7. Coordinator shipment date confirmations in alignment with production planning and sales team
8. Support production planning by confirming customer requirements
9. Oversee data accuracy in salesforce
10. Identify data gaps or inconsistencies
Responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator:
11. Bachelor degree in Business, Commercial management or supply chain
12. Previous experience in sales operations, commercial coordination and customer service
13. Experience in working in industrial or manufacturing industries
14. Familiarity with pricing structures, costs and margin analysis
15. Strong understanding of sales operations
16. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
17. High attention to details and strong organisational skills
The Operations Coordinator role
18. Fully office based in Basingstoke
19. Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm
20. £33,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
21. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
