About the Role
Due to continued growth, we’re excited to be expanding our Finance Services Team with a brand-new Finance Assistant role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail‑focused, motivated and keen to build their career in education finance.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our school customers with day‑to‑day financial operations. From processing invoices and reconciling income to resolving supplier queries and preparing payment runs, you’ll be the go‑to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly. We offer real flexibility – a hybrid arrangement, spending time in our Poole office and working from home, or a fully remote role for those based further afield. Either way, you’ll be supported by a collaborative team of finance professionals who will help you develop your skills and knowledge across multiple school finance systems.
About You
* Experienced in a finance or customer‑facing role.
* A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Keen to learn new financial systems and processes.
* Proactive, a team player, and excited to grow with a thriving business.
