This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can start quickly and support a busy finance team.
Key Duties
1. Raise purchase orders from approved requisitions
2. Log and process purchase invoices, matching to POs
3. Check correct coding, VAT and approvals
4. Prepare payment runs and process BACS/cheque payments
5. Send remittances and handle supplier queries
6. Set up and maintain supplier accounts
7. Reconcile supplier statements
8. Support month‑end tasks (accruals, prepayments)
9. General finance admin and ad hoc support
About You
10. Purchase ledger / finance admin experience
11. Strong attention to detail
12. Confident dealing with suppliers
13. Good IT skills (finance systems & MS Office)
14. Reliable, organised and able to work at pace
