Role Overview: As an Associate Planner, you will play an integral role in a busy and growing planning team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and managing planning applications from inception to completion
2. Providing strategic planning advice to clients
3. Liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders
4. Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
5. Mentoring and guiding junior team members
6. Engaging in business development activities and client relationships
About You:
7. Experience in town planning, ideally with a background in private sector consultancy
8. MRTPI or working towards membership
9. Excellent communication and project management skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
11. Strong understanding of UK planning policies and legislation
