The Best Connection are recruiting for an additional Class 1 Driver based in Skelmersdale due to increased workload and the introduction of a new unit.
The Role
* Shunting and delivering trailers between:
o The main Skelmersdale site
o Liverpool Dock
o Heysham Dock
o Various customer sites
* No handball - strictly trailer moves and pulling curtains.
* Start times vary, typically from around 6:00am.
* Long-term, ongoing work with a stable, reliable schedule.
Hours
* Monday- Friday
* Guaranteed 50 hours per week
Pay Rates
* £16.00 per hour PAYE
Requirements
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
* Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
* Professional, reliable and safety‑focused driver
