We’re recruiting for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Handy Person to join a busy property team covering Central Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. This is a mobile role covering both reactive repairs and planned maintenance, ideal for someone who enjoys varied work and can manage their own day-to-day jobs. The role * Reactive and planned maintenance across residential and commercial properties * General repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, doors, locks and patch repairs * Carrying out scheduled maintenance works * Diagnosing issues and completing repairs to a good standard * Liaising professionally with tenants and site contacts * Keeping jobs updated and completed on time What we’re looking for * Previous experience in a handyperson or maintenance role * Good all-round trade knowledge * Able to work independently and manage workload * Professional, reliable and customer focused * Full UK driving licence Package * £35,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending on experience * Company van included * Full-time, permanent, employed role * Monday to Friday hours This is a strong opportunity for an experienced handyperson looking for a stable role with good earning potential and a varied workload.
