Overview
Pinnacle are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Delivery Helpdesk Team. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Wickford. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. The Helpdesk assists with the smooth running and admin for these teams. The Helpdesk Administrator supports our regional management team by acting as the primary interface with company systems and processes. You'll be responsible for accurate data input, operational troubleshooting, and ensuring effective use and compliance across our platforms. This is a hybrid role with in-office work Monday to Wednesday and remote on Thursdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
* Support performance management systems.
* Administer workforce management systems.
* Assist with work planning and scheduling.
* Manage fleet and mobile administration.
* Maintain contract SharePoint sites.
* Monitor contract compliance.
* Identify efficiencies.
* Support reporting and client queries.
* Contribute to audits and initiatives; assist with site inspections, training, and corporate quality/environmental goals.
Qualifications

* Proven administration experience.
* Computer literate and fluent in the use of Office 365.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure.
* GCSE standard in Maths and English.
