⭐ How you'll drive success:
* As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative.
* Deliver a world class experience like no other, establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers.
* Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets, anklets and rings to our customers, making it a magical experience.
* You have the ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sentimental appointments.
* An exceptional knowlege of our product, and welding services, with a strong presence on the shop floor.

* You have previous experience with welding, soldering or working with jewellery, as well as a true passion for customer experience.

✨ The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
1. Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
2. In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet your potential Store Manager followed by one of our Jeweller Mentors to discuss your experience and try out our welding machine.
