The Role As Recruitment & Workforce Manager, you will take ownership of recruitment and workforce processes across our client’s services, including CQC-registered residential homes, Ofsted-registered homes and schools, and wider organisational projects. You will lead the workforce function, ensuring recruitment practices are robust, compliant, and aligned with regulatory standards, while supporting long-term workforce planning and development.
